1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the item along with a description of the issue. We’ll coordinate with our print provider, Printify, to ensure a prompt replacement at no additional cost to you.

2. Misprints and Quality Issues

If you receive an incorrect or misprinted item, please let us know within 30 days of receipt. Once we verify the error, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

3. Exchanges and Returns for Custom Items

Since each product is printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or preference changes. To ensure you order the correct size, please refer to our size guide on each product page.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the production process begins, and cancellations may not be possible. Please reach out to us immediately if you wish to make changes to your order.

5. Refunds and Processing Times

Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
