We want you to love what you ordered.
If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 30 days of delivery.
Send us:
- A photo of the item
- A quick description of the issue
We’ll take care of it — either a replacement or a refund, no extra cost to you.
Quality Issues / Misprints
If there’s a printing or quality issue, we’ve got you covered.
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we typically don’t accept returns for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
But if there’s a real issue, we’ll always work with you to make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, production starts and changes may not be possible — so reach out ASAP if needed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
(Your bank may take a little longer to post it.)
